Meet Lily, programme lead for our HND in Crime and Criminal Justice.
I graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) in Criminology, and subsequently studied for an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Psychology at Portsmouth University, alongside teaching.
My research has been into relationships and sex education, and the understanding of sexual consent in young adults.
I have taught in Further and Higher education for four years, particularly in Psychology and Criminology at the College.
I designed and led on a university level course, whilst working with adult learners who are aiming to enter Higher Education.
Alongside teaching I am a qualified lowland leader, so I enjoy being up mountains and in the wilderness. I’m a mum and my child is at secondary school!
