As part of the government's initiative to attract and retain top talent in education, new teachers in key STEM and technical subjects such as maths, construction, and engineering, can now access financial incentives of up to £6,000. Additionally, those working in early years education are also eligible.
To qualify, you must be within the first five years of your Further Education (FE) teaching career. This means it should be no more than five years since you began your first teaching role at an FE institution.
